Ultraviolet ray sterilizing device
Ultraviolet sterilizer boasts high stable irradiation strength and service life as long as 10000 hours. Relying on the features of ultraviolet, it sterilizes bacterium, viruses, saccharomycetes and algae in water. Requiring no additional chemical drugs, heating or cooling, it is capable of disinfection, making it a preference for green and environmentally friendly sterilization equipment. Ultraviolet irradiates bacterium or viruses, making the nucleic acids in nucleoprotein which mainly functions for maintaining lives of bacterium or viruses change their property for greatly absorbing UV, destroys biological activity and thus realizes sterilization. External and internal UV sterilizer adopt 304L or 316L stainless steel material, and also are polished to enhance UV irradiation strength, ensuring full and comprehensive sterilization.
253.7nm ultraviolet of special light source and high ultraviolet are adopted for irradiate the electroquartz socket tube inside of which is specially treated micro-carbon austenitic stainless steel tank to make the pretreated water fully irradiated by the 253.7nm ultraviolet when flowing through the tube for achieving favorable sterilization effect. When water or various bacteria in air pass through the irradiation area of UV (wave length of 253.7nm), the UV will penetrate the cytomembrane and cell nucleus of microorganisms, destroy the molecular bonds of nucleic acid (DNA or RNA) to make it lose reproduction capability or vitality and then die. Thus, sterilization is realized without any additional chemical drugs.
It can be widely applied to raw water sterilization in pharmaceutical, food, beverage and chemical industries, to running water sterilization of drinking water, mineral water, spring water and purification system, as well as to sterilization of tap water plants and sewage treatment plants. Domestic and imported tubes are supplied.
