Metal filter
Inside the filter of metal filter element, different metal filter element can be chosen from titanium bar element, metal plane element and metal sintering net element based on the industry. Metal filter element can receive more pollutants, and boasts reasonable filter precision distribution, high precision of deep filtration, acid and base resistance and large flux. It is applicable to purified water filtration, filtrations for pharmaceutical, beverage and chemical materials industries.
Titanium bar filter element is made of metal titanium powder through high-temperature sintering. With even structure and pore diameters and high aperture ratio, it boasts high-temperature and corrosion resistance and possibility of acid-alkali regeneration. Usually it is applicable to terminal filtration of direct drinking water.
Metal plane filter element is of extremely high mechanical strength and compression strength, boasting favorable performance of processing, welding and installation, as well as convenient utilization. At the second level, the filter layer is well protected and distributed to ensure the high stability. 316L material is selected for high heat and corrosion resistance, making it suitable for temperature between -200℃ and 480℃. Adverse current cleaning effect is good. Suitable for repeat use, it is of high service life.
Metal sintering net filter element is composed of two or more different composite materials, boasting high filtration precision, large flow and regeneration capacity. The precision ranges from 0.5 to 200μ.
After a certain period of operation, the filter will witness gradually increasing pressure. When the differential pressure reaches 0.15Mpa, stop the operation and clean the filter element. Clean compressed air back flushing, acid-alkali regeneration and steam disinfection may be adopted for cleaning. After cleaning, install and then continue the operation.
External diameter of the filter element is 68mm and the length can be 10, 20, 30 or inches (namely 250, 500, 750 or 1000mm). It is sealed to the external filter by plugging in (close nipple, 222 coupling and 226 coupling).
Filter of metal filter element consists of metal filter element, stainless steel shell and necessary stainless steel pipes and valves. At the lower filter, a plate is installed for inserting the filter element.
