Food and beverage industry usually uses pretreated pure water or purified water with conductivity lower than 10uS/cm and meeting the sanitation standards for bottle drinking pure water of GB 17324-2003. China has gradually formed comprehensive system covering the establishment, production process and finished product inspection for food and beverage industry. Food safety and hygiene security acceptance letter system (QS certificate) has been implemented for many food and all beverage industries. It regulates that all process water and finished product water should use purified water, and civil tap water, surface water and well water should be pretreated, desalted, sterilized and disinfected to prepare qualified drinking pure water.

Raw water → raw water pump → multi-medium filter → activated carbon filter → precise filter → high pressure pump → reverse osmosis (RO membrane) → pure water tank → user

Precise filter: adopts 5μm filter element to remove particles in water to protect the ultrafiltration membrane. Reverse osmosis (RO membrane) further removes heavy metal ions and heat sources in water.

Based on the tap water of most Chinese cities, the newly developed secondary RO pure water preparation technology is the most advanced currently. It has been applied by many renowned pure water manufacturers including Wahaha, NongFu Spring, Uni-President, Aquarius and Yangshengtang. The system is capable of long-term stable and continuous operation. Prepared pure water is of extremely high transparency, excellent taste, and safe and stable bacterium control.
