Integrated Water Purifying Plant

Based on the experiences of domestic and foreign advanced water purifying equipment, and in combination of the features of China’s rural water supply, enterprise water supply and self-constructed small factories, the integrated water purifying plant of low construction price and high efficiency is designed. It consists of reaction precipitator and pressure-type filter in series connection.
   Integrated water purifier integrates reaction precipitation and filtration, of which the reaction precipitation and the pressure filter are separate units. Continuously add coagulants before the pump. Raw water and agents through the pump impeller revolute in high speed and mix fully and enter into the reaction precipitator for condensation and flocculation. Larger floccules are gradually formed and collected by the pipe chute and enter the mud bucket for concentration and periodic discharge, while the clarified water will enter into the pressure filter. Intersected and absorbed by the filter layer, minor particles in the water are further removed. The filtered water is the clean tap water. The pressure filter is equipped with backwash pipe. When the resistance of the filter layer is 0.1MPa~0.15MPa higher than the original head, backwash will be started to recover the normal operation of the filter layer. 
   Integrated water purifying plant is suitable for treatment of surface water from rivers, lakes and reservoirs that have turbidity over 1000NTU. Processed water can be for industrial use and for domestic drinking water if disinfection equipment is installed. It is a type of new product for urban, rural, enterprises, troops, mines, construction sites, food, production, and domestic water supply, as well as printing and dyeing and paper-making industries.
