Oxidation tower
Oxidation tower (ozone blender) functions to blend ozone into water to achieve ideal disinfection effect. With oxidation tower, ozone and water are fully blended with certain pressure and time which is usually 6-10 minutes. Time for blending is depending on the pressure. The lower the pressure, the longer blending time is, and vice versa.
Water enters from the upper end of the oxidation tower and flows out from the lower end. On the top, exhaust port is set. The discharging tube should be U-type elbow to ensure certain liquid level in the oxidation tower and maintain the ozone and medium at certain blending pressure for achieving efficient oxidation and sterilization.
Oxidation tower is equipped with observation window to see the ozone bubble inside. At the lower end, there are 316L distributor and titanium air distribution plate to divide ozone into small bubbles, and to fully blend the oxygen atom with strong oxidizing property and liquids.
The equipment is applicable to decoloration of waste water, sterilization of swimming pool water, sterilization of household drinking water, pure drinking water, and spring water, as well as water ozone purification.
For the materials of the oxidation tower, 304, 316L or Q235 rubber lining can be selected.
