Ultrapure water equipment combines pretreatment, RO, EDI, mixed bed and UV sterilizer, reducing conductive ion, un-dissociated colloidal substances, gases, and organics to extremely low content from water. Specific resistance of discharged water is larger than the limit valve of 15～18MΩ·cm. Only those with specific resistance over 10MΩ·cm can be called as ultrapure water. Usually, it can reach 18.25MΩ·cm to the maximum extent.
