Pure Water
Usually ultrapure water in chemical industry is used for battery solvent, chemical analysis, chemical materials, product cleaning, substance separation, concentration, purification and waste recollection. Requirements for water quality are not very high and conductivity of 0.1uS/cm-20uS/cm can basically meet the requirements. In the past dozen’s years, mixed bed ion exchange has been the standard technology for ultrapure water preparation. However, due to its requirements for periodic regeneration, large amount of chemicals (acid and bases) and pure water generated in regeneration, and thus the environmental pollution it has caused, acid-base free ultrapure water system should be developed. As traditional ion exchange can hardly meet the demands of modern industry and environment protection, EDI technology integrating membrane, resin and electrochemistry has reformed the water treatment technology. The regeneration of ion exchange resin uses electricity but not acid or base, thus it is environmentally friendly.
Fine chemical deionized water is mainly used for battery solvent, chemical analysis, chemical materials, product cleaning, substance separation, concentration, purification and waste recollection. Generally, the conductivity is required to be between 20uS/cm and 0.1uS/cm based on customers’ requirements for water quality. In accordance with customers’ requirements for water quality, we can adopt RO, ion exchange and EDI to produce corresponding deionized water, integrate various parameters to realize high performance price ratio and stable operation. Technology of fine chemical deionized water is as follows: to meet users’ demand, fine chemical deionized water can meet the water quality requirements of relevant industrial standards (20-0.1uS/cm).
