Bag filter
Bag filter (single bag and multi-bag types) is a type of new filtering system with metal basket in the filter to support the filter bag. Liquids flow in from the inlet and out from the outlet after filtration of the bag. Impurities are intersected in the bag. Clean or replace the filter bags for further use.
Filter medium enters through the inlet into the upper cavity of the filter which is holed on the single-bag or multi-bag clapboard. On the pore plate, filter basket is installed while the filter bag is sealed and fixed on the filter basket. The medium flows out after filtration of the filter bag, while the impurities are intersected in the bag. Filter precision is depending on the precision of the filter bag. As liquid medium enters from the top of the filter bag, liquids can evenly be distributed on the surface of the entire filter bag, making constant fluid distribution on the entire layer, and less negative impacts of turbulence and high filter efficiency. Medium inflow valve should be turned on slowly to prevent huge impact force damaging the filter bag. The blow-down valve exhausts the air in the cavity. When the differential pressure exceeds the rated pressure, open the cover of the bag filter, clean or replace the filter bag.
