Polishing resin is composed of hydrogen strong acid cation exchange resin and oxyhydrogen strong alkali anion exchange resin.
During operation, if it needs to add water for filling, pure water should be adopted with less moisture. Meanwhile, the water should be immediately extracted or drained after the resin enters resin groove, avoiding resin layering. If manual filling is required, please clean the hands first. Do not bring grease into the groove.
If the resin needs to be reloaded, the groove and water collector should be completely cleaned. No old resin residual is allowed at the bottom of the groove. Otherwise the used resin will pollute the water quality.
Relevant components should be checked before reloading each time. In case of damage, it should be immediately replaced. The collector should be checked. Clean up if it is blocked.
If FRP groove is used as resin bed, the collector pipe should be put in the groove before filling resin. When filling, the collector pipe should be frequently shaken so as to adjust the position of the pipe and install upper cover finally.
After the resin is filled and connected with pipe, the vent hole at the upper end of the groove should be opened, and slowly connect to water until the vent hole overflows and there is no bubble any more. Then close the vent hole and produce water.
