Automatic reagent feeding device (automatic reagent feeding tank) can be applied to petroleum, chemical industry, power industry, metallurgy and environment engineering industries. It continuously, evenly and automatically injects one liquid to another for blending, or makes the added reagent to react with certain ingredient in the liquid to meet the anticipated process requirements. To achieve the best effect and to automatically control feeding speed and flow for the reagents under changing work conditions, the automatic feeding device has adopted advanced automatic control method for controlling the dosage. Stirrer is equipped for fully blending the liquid and water. The stirrer consists of pinwheel reducer and stirring pole. Power and speed ratio of the stirrer can be selected based on the velocity of the medium.
Full-automatic reagent feeding device mainly consists of reagent feeding tank, feeding metering pump, automatic control system, safety valve, buffer, filter, instrumentation and valves. The equipments are installed on the fixed pedestal.
Automatic reagent feeding device can be of double-pump and single-control, as well as three-pump and double-pump.
Double-pump and single-control automatic reagent feeding device consists of one reagent feeding tank, 2 metering pumps (mutually stand-by), one set of AC variable frequency automatic reagent feeding control system, valves and pedestal. Material of the tank: stainless steel 304, 316L, Q235 lining and PE for your choice.
Three-pump and double-pump automatic reagent feeding device consists of 2 reagent feeding tanks, 3 metering pumps, 3 sets of AC variable frequency automatic reagent feeding control system, valves and pedestal.
owder feeding device consists of automatic feeding system, automatic water supply system, automatic regulation system, automatic feeding system and its control system. All system equipments are collectively installed on one pedestal for realizing integrated automatic control.
