Drinking Water
Conductivity of drinking pure water should be below 10μs/cm. When the conductivity of raw water is lower than 260μs/cm, primary reverse osmosis pure water preparation equipment will be adopted. When it is higher than 280μs/cm, secondary reverse osmosis pure water preparation equipment will be adopted.
Raw water tank → booster pump → quartz sand filter → activated carbon filter → security filter → high pressure pump → RO membrane host system → pure water tank → ozone blending → sterile water tank
Cap-removing machine→ leakage check machine → bucket brushing machine → bottle loading machine → upper cover cleaning machine → filling machine → LOI (LED Optic Inspection) film machine → bucket-lifting and bagging machine→ finished product
